great location clean pool mold smell car races

the location is good. i could easily reach the beach because it was so near. the recently renovated pool looked clean. the team members were always cute.

my room, did smell strongly of mold. the ac unit, seemed to add to this problem.

lovely by the beach

beach proximity clean pool delicious omelette surprise decoration

i liked how close it was to the beach, just steps away. the pool was clean, with a lifeguard always present. the breakfast omelette was a very good start for my day, just as i like it. housekeeping decorated my room as a nice surprise.

i found the car park outside a bit noisy at night, some locals show off their cars.

my room was large with plenty space for luggages. i also had a kitchen with washing machine, this was great. the air conditioning was working great, a very important detail.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially insaff and marry. zakaria helped with our luggage in the rain. i appreciated chef fortunato who catered to my meal preferences, preparing vegetarian food.

the hotel has a well equipped fitness area. there are also separate pool just for kids. the hotel is near restaurants and smaller galleria with a market right beside it.

friendly staff new villa wonderful food

The staff was super friendly. i received an upgrade to the new villa upon arrival. the breakfast buffet had wonderful food. It was perfect for the whole family!!!

my room was near a public car park, and there was a lot of noise late at night.

the hotel features a clean, renovated pool, a great gym with ample equipment, and a children's corner near reception. there is a supermarket and shopping center within a short walking distance from the hotel.

the staff displays kindness and provides assistance with a warm welcome. the reception staff is professional, guest-focused, polite, attentive, and always helpful, especially samah, sanawar, and zakariah. the cleaning staff is thorough and respectful.

location is good, but some issues found.

small room old aircons

The room itself did not feel worth the money i spent. it was small and it had no balcony or outside door i saw on the website. the air conditioning felt old and didn't work well. there was also a lot of noise and partying until 4am. It made it difficult to sleep. the new staff were kind and helpful though.
